Happy Box Challenge

When we’re feeling sad or lonely, it’s really important to remember the things that are important to us and make us feel happy, no matter how small these may be.

For Mental Health Awareness Week back in May, we decided to launch our #HeadHighHappyBoxChallenge on social media in order to get people talking about mental health with friends, family and within the work place in a light hearted way to help raise awareness and most importantly, to highlight that mental health is something that can affect all of us in our day to day lives without us even knowing.

The concept of the social media challenge is simple, pick a few items that make you feel happy when you’re feeling low, share these on social media taging Head High in your post and finally, nominate someone else to do their own Happy Box Challenge. Appreciating the small things in life can have a huge positive impact on our mental health, so go on, why not show us your #HeadHighHappyBoxChallenge? Ig you’d like to do one of your own, or would like to pass this on to people you know or work with, please visit our Facebook page @HeadHighOfficial for more ideas.
