Here at Head High, it is our heart felt desire to raise awareness and help tackle the stigma surrounding poor mental health. One of our attempts to get people talking about mental health more is our annual Music & Wellbeing Event ‘Fundamental’ which we will be hosting this year on Saturday 11th July in The Market Place, Derby, from 11am onwards.
This will include some live music, talks and other interactive activities such as taster fitness classes. We look forward to seeing Derby City come together and embrace the activities around them with friends, family and colleagues as well as realise that it’s okay not to be okay and how important it is to support mental health not only just within our community but in ourselves and those around us.
